Three buildings were stripped down to the studs and combined into one bar facility with all new restrooms, water lines, sprinkler systems and fire alarms. All the finishings are brand new including the bar area and dance floor. There was structural work to be done on the 1930s buildings to bring them up to code for todays needs.

An extremely precise installation of the concrete pad for the Merry-Go-‘Round was required for all of the underground equipment to run properly. The fencing and railings were installed at that time too to keep visitors safe as they use this exceedingly popular attraction.
