The Ace Hardware building, located at 7100 E. Colfax, was previously a car dealership. Extensive environmental remediation, including removing all in-ground oil and other liquid tanks, was required due to the type of business that previously occupied the premises. There was extensive work done on the location including releveling of the floor, sand blasting the ceiling and installing a new roof complete with skylights.
